**Job Title: Electrical Supervisor** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor for a direct placement position on the 1st shift. The typical work hours are from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, with the possibility of working until 6:00 pm. This role offers bi-weekly pay and three weeks of vacation. **Responsibilities** + Supervise and manage electrical projects. + Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics. + Perform electrical wiring and conduit installations. + Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including PLC systems. + Ensure all electrical work complies with industry standards and regulations. **Essential Skills** + Extensive experience in electrical systems and troubleshooting. + Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints. + Strong project management skills. + Experience with industrial electrical wiring and conduit installations. + Ability to troubleshoot PLC systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Management experience in an electrical setting. + Strong understanding of electrical troubleshooting and rate of return calculations. **Why Work Here?** Join our team and enjoy a competitive salary, bi-weekly pay, and three weeks of vacation.
