Shutdown Electrical Supervisor
SRG Global is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team for shutdown work in the Pilbara and Port Hedland region on our FMG projects.

Roster: Shutdowns – 12-13 hour shifts
Position: Casual, with superannuation on all hours worked
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise shutdown teams, including electricians, apprentices, and trades assistants. Liaise with the SRG Site Manager as required. Scope potential works during the estimation phase, advising on manning and equipment levels. Coordinate and plan workload efficiently for personnel. Assist site administration in preparing manning levels prior to mobilising. Perform Electrical Nominee sign-off for all installation works (preferred, but not essential). Ensure compliance with legislative and site-specific requirements. Ensure the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) on site at all times. Carry out other reasonable tasks as requested, in line with employment terms.The successful applicant will ideally have:
Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor in shutdown work. A Grade WA Electrical License. LVR/CPR certification. Experience in estimating work scopes and executing them. Safety Awareness Training Card (white card). Section 44 & Section 26 certifications. High Risk Work Licence (WP minimum). Ability to pass a pre-employment medical. A current driver's license. Strong computer skills. A qualification in Management (e.g., Frontline Management) would be highly regarded. FMG Induction (desirable).About Us:
