Summary: Seeking an Electrical Systems Engineer with expertise in aircraft electrical systems installations and troubleshooting wiring systems.

Requirements:

In-depth knowledge of aircraft electrical systems installations (not avionics). Experience in standard aeronautical design, qualification, and certification procedures. Proficiency in troubleshooting wiring systems within an aircraft. Experience with Electrical Schematics/3D modeling tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Catia V5, AutoCAD, Cadence). Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent specialization with 5-7 years of experience in engineering environment, preferably aerospace.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in test systems and writing test reports. Familiarity with FAA Certification processes. Knowledge of MS Office package, PLM tools (VPM, DBT, ENOVIA), SAP fundamentals.

Responsibilities:

Support supplier qualification activities including environmental and EMI qualification reviews. Ensure conformity requirements are met for compliance testing systems/equipment. Coordinate documentation for certification basis and resolve non-compliance issues. Work closely with DER to find/show compliance to technical and certification requirements. Support preparation and integration of certification plans and reports.

Pay Details: $70.00 to $72.00 per hour
