Need to be familiar with and can identify all the components needed for complete wiring harness fabricationCan understand the different requirements for producing both flight worthy production parts and research & development parts respectivelyMust be able to teach and mentor others with the knowledge gained from your expertiseExperienced in both working independently and being a trainerAbility to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environmentAdvanced understanding of production processes, test equipment and tools associated with wire harnessing quality assurance processes Required High School Diploma, GED or relevant work experienceMust be able to lift 25 lbs. unassisted, stoop, bend, crawl, and being able to maneuver in tight spacesHave at least 2+ years’ experience in harness fabrication and/or other wiring experienceAbility to distinguish colors Desired Hands-on experience in automotive or aerospace industries is a strong plus
Compensation at Joby is a combination of base pay and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The target hourly rate for this position is $25-$37/hr. The compensation package will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
