This position is based on site in Northern Illinois (M-F).

SUMMARY

The Electrical Technician is responsible for overall maintenance of the production lines and all auxiliary equipment at the plant.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

PLC experience Setup and communicate with various PLC's, Ladder logic experience Troubleshooting with PLC, editing logic Familiar with safety circuits Controls, safety relays, light curtains, scanners, sensors Wiring various safety circuits Integration of new equipment with older equipment Installations Run and bend conduit, Pull wire, Terminate wire

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

At least 5 years of experience in an environment with high tech machines. Prior manufacturing, maintenance, electrical and mechanical experience preferred.
