Responsibilities for this Electrical Technician job include: Technical After Sale Call Support from Customers Machine Repair and Troubleshooting. Software and hardware installation and trouble shooting. Receiving and shipping machines and parts. Process orders through the warehouse management system for shipping or receiving. Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries. Maintain organized records of all transactions for inventory control purposes. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. Skills: - Use of hand tools and technical equipment. - Basic technical skills for electronic and mechanical parts identification. - Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel advance knowledge. - Very good communication verbal and written. - Intermediate math skills for inventory counting and reconciliation. - Previous knowledge on QuickBooks or other inventory management software is preferred. - Basic knowledge of stock management within a warehouse setting. - capable of using testing devices like a multimeter - capable of using hand tools - capable of lifting boxes weighing up to 50 lbs - Some experience of hand lift operation is preferred. We have openings on 1st shift from 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
