Job Title: Electrical Technician

Job Description

Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair on production equipment to minimize downtime and keep production running. Ensure proper function of machinery and mechanical equipment, including motors, pneumatics, conveyors, hydraulic systems, and production machines. Utilize diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications to troubleshoot and repair malfunctions.

ResponsibilitiesPerform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair on production equipment.Ensure proper function of machinery and mechanical equipment, including motors, pneumatics, conveyors, hydraulic systems, and production machines.Utilize diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications to troubleshoot and repair malfunctions.Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines.Assist with designing and building in-house machines.Retrofit machines to improve efficiency.Program PLC, temperature controllers, and other devices.Calibrate process loops such as temperature, amps, volts, etc.Tune servo controls on CNC equipment.Troubleshoot down to component level on circuit boards.Assist with repair of HVAC equipment.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with troubleshooting and repairing CNC machines.Ability to assist with designing and building in-house machines.Retrofit machines to improve efficiency.Ability to program PLC, temperature controllers, and other devices.Calibrate process loops such as temperature, amps, volts, etc.Tune servo controls on CNC equipment.Troubleshoot down to component level on circuit boards.Assist with repair of HVAC equipment.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00
