**Job Title: Panel Assembler** **Job Description** We are currently hiring for panel assemblers to wire up high-performance industrial ovens and other thermal products. The job is primarily performed from a sitting position, where candidates will be conducting point-to-point wiring of controls, relays, and fans. All equipment is new, so there is no live wiring involved. **Responsibilities** + Perform point-to-point wiring of controls, relays, and fans. + Work from wire diagrams and schematics. + Ensure all wiring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. + Maintain a clean and organized workspace. **Essential Skills** + Experience with wiring and electrical assembly (3+ months). + Ability to read and understand schematics and wiring diagrams (3+ months). + Basic toolset ownership (including wire cutters, wire stripper, and screwdrivers). **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with ladder logic is preferred. + Mechanical assembly knowledge. + Control panel assembly experience. **Why Work Here?** Join our team to work in a clean, orderly, and well-maintained shop with exceptional lighting and a strong emphasis on safety.
