Job Title: Panel Assembler
Job Description

We are currently hiring for panel assemblers to wire up high-performance industrial ovens and other thermal products. The job is primarily performed from a sitting position, where candidates will be conducting point-to-point wiring of controls, relays, and fans. All equipment is new, so there is no live wiring involved.

ResponsibilitiesPerform point-to-point wiring of controls, relays, and fans.Work from wire diagrams and schematics.Ensure all wiring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.Maintain a clean and organized workspace.Essential SkillsExperience with wiring and electrical assembly (3+ months).Ability to read and understand schematics and wiring diagrams (3+ months).Basic toolset ownership (including wire cutters, wire stripper, and screwdrivers).Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with ladder logic is preferred.Mechanical assembly knowledge.Control panel assembly experience.Why Work Here?
