Job Description
Conduct, maintain, test, and repair electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and components. Apply your knowledge of electrical/electronic and mechanical principles to determine equipment malfunctions and restore equipment to operation. Provide skilled electrical/electronic support to all areas.
ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment including programmable logic controllers, power supplies, motor starters, frequency drives, sensors, gauges, and test equipment.Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.Advise operators and line mechanics on safe operation procedures and requirements for working with electrical/electronic and mechanical equipment and components.Inform appropriate management and line mechanics of potential electrical/mechanical problems and inherent dangers involved.Maintain company-required performance and maintenance records for identified equipment.Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.Recommend spare parts and materials needed for inventory on hand.Document and maintain daily paperwork in a timely manner.Assist maintenance personnel with technical troubleshooting.Comply with OSHA Safety, NEC, FDA, GMPs, HACCP food safety, and health rules.Help develop best practices/processes and training as needed.Provide excellent customer service.Perform other duties as assigned or needed.Essential SkillsBasic understanding of electrical symbols, drawings, and schematics.Basic AC/DC electrical theory (Ohm's law).Basic use of electrical test equipment such as DMM, amp meters, and probes.Basic components identification and theory (e.g., contactors, sensors, drives, overloads).Basic knowledge of wiring, conduit, LOTO, and NEC code.Ability to work on AC/DC low voltage circuits.Ability to troubleshoot basic PLC I/O visually and with the use of DMM.Basic electrical troubleshooting for motors, VFD drives, electrical devices, and other control devices (RTDs, level sensors, etc.).Ability to perform calibration and configuration of drives, transducers, and sensors.Ability to follow detailed written or oral instructions with minimal direction.Ability to learn and apply structured problem solving in a team environment.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to work within a team environment and with external partners.Must be self-motivated and able to achieve high impact in an unstructured environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in maintenance, bottling, filling, packaging, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electronics.Experience with electrical troubleshooting, wiring, installation, and maintenance technician roles.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The team works within four departments: juice extraction, processing, filling, and plastics. Harvest periods typically involve working 6 days a week with 12-hour shifts from 6am to 6pm. There are three shifts available: 1st shift (6:00am-2:30pm), 2nd shift (2:00pm-10:30pm), and 3rd shift (10:00pm-6:30am). Overtime is common, with a minimum of one day off per week.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $36.00/hr.
