Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electromechanical Engineering Technician to join our team. In this role, you will work on the design, installation, testing, and maintenance of electromechanical equipment and systems. You will collaborate with engineers and other technical professionals to ensure the functionality, reliability, and efficiency of our products and machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, test, maintain, and repair electromechanical systems and equipment.Collaborate with engineers to design and develop prototypes for new products.Conduct diagnostic tests to identify and resolve issues in mechanical, electrical, and control systems.Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to assemble and troubleshoot equipment.Program and operate computer-controlled machinery and equipment.Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and prevent downtime.Document all maintenance and repair activities and prepare technical reports.Adhere to safety protocols and regulations during all technical operations.Train and guide operators and other personnel in the use of equipment.Qualifications:
Associate degree in Electromechanical Engineering Technology or a related field.Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical principles, including control systems.Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.Experience with CAD software and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication and documentation skills.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.
