Electrical Tester II

Our client in the electrical engineering industry is seeking a Electrical Tester II to join their team. As a Electrical Tester II, you will be part of the production department supporting enterprise lines. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective interpersonal skills, and a high degree of problem-solving and troubleshooting which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Electrical Tester II
**Location:** Richmond, VA 23231
**Pay Range:** $21-$29 per hour (contingent on experience)
**What's the Job?**
+ Proficient with testing various types of Static Switches, UPSs, RPPs and PDUs.
+ Able to work with a limited amount of supervision.
+ Able to troubleshoot high and low power.
+ Advanced proficiency testing and troubleshooting Electronics.
+ Experience with High Power 600V-208V 3-phase applications.
**What's Needed?**
+ Associate degree in Electrical Engineering or work experience equivalent.
+ 3-5 years of experience testing and troubleshooting electronics and 3-phase high power preferred.
+ 2+ years in a Test Lab and/or a manufacturing environment preferred.
+ Thorough understanding of electrical/electronic technology.
+ Able to read and understand engineering documentation (blueprints, wire schematics, drawings, component specifications and ECN’s).
