You Are:

Electrical Validation Engineer

The Opportunity:

·       ASIC/IP/SoC Characterization Engineer/Electrical Validation/Analog Validation/Bench Validation/HSIO Characterization

·       Hands on Experience of using bench instruments such as Oscilloscopes, Active/Passive (Hi-Z) Probes, J-BERT, network/Spectrum Analyzers, Signal generators, Logic analyzers is a must.

·       Bench Characterization for Leading edge LPDDR & SERDES PHY sub-components such as IOs, PLL, DLL, Impedance calibrator, CDR, equalization techniques (CTLE, FFE, DFE), reference generators and LDOs.

What you need:

·       Must be familiar with Test and Characterization of high-speed interfaces such as (LP)DDR, NAND (ONFI) or SERDES (e.g M-PHY/PCIe) with in-depth understanding of timing diagrams and standard protocol.

·       Hands on experience with Electrical parametric compliance testing including Eye Diagram/Eye mask with and without de-embedding, various Jitter analysis, Receiver-Jitter-Tolerance, stressed eye calibration for RX and understanding of insertion and return loss concepts

Bonus points if:

·       Exposure on Lab Automation tools (LabVIEW) / Python / other scripting languages and ability to write SW macros and test program is a must.

·       The position requires good written & verbal communication skills as well a strong commitment and ability to work in cross functional and globally dispersed teams.
