NOW HIRING: Electrical Wire Technician

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Wire Technician to join our team in the manufacturing and assembly of industrial power systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for wiring the power systems and assembling electrical components. You will need to read schematics and engineering drawings for assembly and use various hand and power tools, including power drills, wire crimpers, wire strippers, screwdrivers, hammers, and tape measures. Shift:

6:00am - 2:30pm (Monday - Friday; with optional Saturdays as well)

Responsibilities:Manufacture and assemble industrial power systems.Wire power systems and assemble electrical components.Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and schematic drawings for assembly.Use hand and power tools including power drills, wire crimpers, wire strippers, screwdrivers, hammers, and tape measures.Stand for the entire shift in a non-climate controlled environment.Stand on ladders for assembly as units can reach up to 8 feet in height.

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering pay raises, profit sharing, benefits, PTO, paid holidays, and a 401k upon conversion to a permanent employee. Profit sharing bonuses are paid out quarterly and usually equal about $1 extra per hour. Benefits are fully paid for by the employer and are provided immediately upon permanent hire. Employees can learn new skills such as wiring, mechanical, welding, CNC machinery, electrical testing, paint line, and more.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
