**Electrical Wireman | Up To $25/hour | 1st and 2nd Shift** **Job Description** We are seeking an Industrial Electrician - Panel Wireman for our facility in Canton, OH. This position offers a competitive pay range of $16.50-$25/hour and includes both 1st shift (5:30am-3:30pm) and 2nd shift (3:30pm-1:30am) options. The work schedule consists of four 10-hour shifts from Monday to Thursday, with potential overtime on Fridays as needed. **Responsibilities** + Perform electrical assembly and wiring/building of control panels and switchboards for switchgear equipment. + Utilize schematics to wire panels and units. + Bend and install conduit (Rigid & EMT). + Complete the wiring of units which can take over a month to build and wire completely. + Lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion. + Collaborate with mechanical assemblers to complete units. **Essential Skills** + Commercial or Industrial Electrical experience, such as Electrical Apprentices. + Experience with conduit (Rigid or EMT). + Proficiency in reading and utilizing electrical schematics. + Possession of electrical tools. + Experience with point-to-point wiring, electrical assembly, and panel wiring. + Basic understanding of electrical theory. + Troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving wiring and component application problems in switchgear equipment. + Must have own tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Panel building experience. + Switchgear experience is a plus. + Journeyman Card is a plus. + Industrial electrician experience is a plus. + Commercial/residential electrical experience is considered. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a 4-day work week, providing extra days off. Starting in 2024, operations will move to a new, more organized facility built in 2008. The work is mostly quiet, clean, and employees are expected to work at a steady pace without micromanagement. The role involves independent work on different sections of the builds. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Canton, Ohio. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $25.00/hr.
