Detailed Job Description:

One level above Wiring Technician and will be working from an office.Strong knowledge on wiring designs in a vehicle.Experience in designing wiring models in a vehicle.Fabrication, Wiring Harness, Panels, Program Management, Calibration, Quality Control, etc.Ability to assemble, test and validate wire harnesses as per customer requirements.Cable/wire harness drawingsDemonstrated experience and ability to read and interpret.Familiar with wire harnessing standards, concepts, practices & procedures in the electrical field.Ability to work independently with little supervision or in a team environment.Experience with using electrical / wiring tools preferred.Knowledge of Schematics and specifications.Prior experience with assembling wire-harnesses for military ground, air or sea vehicles is an advantage.Recording problems, rework details and highlighting any improvements necessary.Working knowledge of CATIA like design software.
