ROLE: To provide electrical and electronics support to the manufacturing facility to maximize safety, quality, and production uptime.
Pay: Starting at $35 - $45/HR plus and extra $1/HR for night shift, based on experience

Work only 15 day's a month!

Week 2: Monday (OFF), Tuesday (OFF), Wednesday (work), Thursday (work), Weekend (OFF)
Week 3: Monday(work), Tuesday (work), Wednesday (OFF), Thursday (OFF), Weekend (work)
Week 4: Monday (OFF), Tuesday (OFF), Wednesday (work), Thursday (work), Weekend (OFF) and so on

Must have knowledge of safety circuits and systemsMust have knowledge of building facilities power distribution, switchgear, and lightingMust have general knowledge of industrial electrical and machine controlsMust be able to read electrical and controls schematics and redline them, if necessaryBe familiar with the basic components of a PLC system; rack, power supply, CPU, and I/O cardsDC motor & drive experienceVFD experience; primarily with ABB and Allen-BradleyServo drive experience; primarily with Rexroth/IndramatControls experience; PID controllers, RTDs, thermocouples, control valves, pressure transmitters, and weigh cellsBasic PC skills. MS Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience with SAP and Maintenance Connection a plusMust understand and be able to make calculations based on Ohms Law & Watts LawGeneral:
Journeyman electrical license, minimum; Master electrical license is preferred5 years of experience in manufacturing electrical & controls maintenance preferredCompleted the 2023 NEC Code updateTroubleshoot manufacturing equipment electrical problems and identifying and then eliminating the root causeTeam oriented with qualities capable of working with others and sharing technical informationWork on small projects as time permitsWill be trained on and able to operate a scissor lift or boom lift and work at heightsWill be trained on and able to operate a PITCreate work orders and enter job time entry (JTE) for themAttend daily meetings and discuss electrical problems and issues with the manufacturing equipmentCandidates are subject to a drug test (excluding THC*/marijuana/cannabis) and background check at the time of offer.*THC testing ONLY when such testing is required by law.
