Job Description Our large real estate client is looking for an Electrical/ Mechanical Technician to join their team. Responsible for providing an advanced level of expertise in responding to work orders associated with troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on commercial electrical power, lighting and electrical utilities equipment and systems. This position also provides response and feedback to customer service requests for power and lighting issues while utilizing Automated Building Controls and electrical monitoring systems. Skills and Requirements Education: High School graduate or GED. Basic electrical safety or Qualified Electrical Worker training.  Certification: Electrical Journeymans License State of Massachusetts  Experience: At least 2 years of experience with maintenance & repair of commercial Electrical systems.
