Responsibilities Attends to the safe, accurate and timely service of all electrical duties. May be required to perform licensed trades tasks, such as a light equipment operator, carpenter, painter, and/or locksmith. Adheres to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety. Repairs and performs maintenance to the hospital electrical distribution systems, hospital electrical equipment, and small electrical appliances Performs new electrical installation when needed and preventative maintenance checks as required Maintains charts, logs and records as required, familiar with all electric blue prints for all hospital buildings My be required to assist with a wide range of advance technical journeyman level preventive maintenance and repairs for assigned facility and/or department Qualifications Job Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent Four (4) years of relevant work experience Current Journeyman Electrician’s License New Mexico driver’s license. With good driving record for the past five years. Preferred Job Requirements: One year Vocational Training/Technical school
