**About the Role:**
We are looking for a licensed Electrician to join our team! As an Electrician, you will inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment in assigned facilities.
This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on all types of facilities equipment and systems.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Oversee, install, maintain, replace, and repair electrical and lighting equipment, including fire alarm panels.
+ Check, repair, and replace functional components of electrical and lighting systems, including valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, condensers, cores, and pipes.
+ Ensure equipment is maintained and operated in a safe manner.
+ Review historical maintenance records to create proactive inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance schedules.
+ Provide efficient and reliable service to customers.
+ Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
+ Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.
+ Assist in coordinating larger electrical work with outside contractors and checking work after completion for proper work completion.
**What You’ll Need:**

+ High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 3-4 years of job-related experience. Completion of a formal apprenticeship program preferred.
+ Due to local electrical codes, a valid Massachusetts Journeyman Electrician license is required (please provide license # in resume so we can verify!). Valid Driver's license required.
+ Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
+ Familiarity with NFPA70 & NFPA70E
+ Basic ability to use Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve complex problems.
+ Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
+ Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
+ Advanced math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, Kwh, power factors, voltage, amperage, resistance, and other electrical related formulas.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Electrician position is $61,200.00 annually [or $29.42 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Electrician position is $104,000.00 annually [or $50.00 Per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
