**Description:** Aerotek is hiring for a local electrical contractor in the WNY area, who is in search of an electrician or electrical helper to join their growing team. This position will require local travel only to the WNY region with access to company vehicles. Benefits, paid holidays, PTO, NYS sick leave, 401k, and training towards Journeyman Certifications provided. Employees will be traveling to selected job sites throughout the WNY area to install and/or service electrical systems within commercial and industrial environments. Many current projects will require conduit bending and installation. Additional services include the installation of receptacles, switch boxes, fiberoptic and coax cables, lighting, transformers, electrical motors, generators, etc. Electricians will be provided with safety training to ensure OSHA compliance and will be working on a team for each job. **Skill Recommendations:** + 2+ years experience within the electrical trades + OSHA 10 certification preferred but not required; Will be provided if necessary + Ability to pull wire, bend conduit, and install electrical fixtures + Ability to read blueprints or schematics beneficial **Additional Information:** + Schedule: Monday through Friday + Hours: 7am - 4pm + Will receive on site training if required and access to Journeyman Certification support after six months of employment + Access to company vehicle; Local travel only **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
