Job Description: Electrician at Schneider Electric's Foxboro Facilities

Qualifications:

Valid Electrical License for the State of MassachusettsExperience in commercial or industrial electrical work preferredAbility to climb an 8' step ladder or platform ladderCapable of lifting up to 50 lbsProficiency in operating a mechanical scissor lift for work up to 20' high

Primary Responsibilities:

Electrical Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

Perform day-to-day electrical troubleshooting and issue resolutionConduct monthly preventative maintenance on lighting, emergency lighting, EXIT signs, and electrical systemsReplace lamps and ballasts as needed

Project Assistance:

Support electrical projects, including running new feeds and powering new areasAssist with plumbing/piping installation and repairWire single and three-phase motors, run conduit, and pull wiring for machinery

Work Order Management:

Complete assigned Preventative and Corrective Maintenance work orders in JLL's systemEnsure timely completion to meet deadlines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

System Analysis and Problem-Solving:

Analyze various systems' operationsIdentify causes of malfunctions and implement corrective actions

Cross-Functional Support:

Backup other JLL Facilities team members with non-electrical maintenance tasksAssist with basic repairs, light plumbing, HVAC work, and general facility upkeep

Additional Tasks (as needed):

Help install and rebuild pumps, motors, and air compressorsAssist with heat exchanger workReplace bearings and seals in motors and pumpsSupport installation and repair of piping, valves, filters, and hot water systems

Safety and Compliance:

Adhere to JLL and Schneider Electric safety policiesFollow departmental guidelines for hazardous materials handlingMaintain a clean and safe workplace

This position requires a versatile individual with strong electrical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety and efficiency in a dynamic industrial environment.

On-site –Foxborough, MA
