**Job Title: Master Electrician Foreman** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Master Electrician to serve as a Foreman for a solar project in Virginia. This role involves managing electrical tasks and ensuring the successful completion of the project. **Responsibilities** + Oversee electrical operations on the project site. + Conduct conduit bending, wiring, troubleshooting, and pulling wire. + Ensure all work complies with electrical codes and standards. + Supervise and train apprentices and helpers. + Coordinate with other construction professionals to meet project deadlines. **Essential Skills** + Extensive experience in electrical work, including conduit, wiring, and troubleshooting. + Proficiency in construction and solar electrical systems. + Ability to pull wire, terminate, and run conduit. + Strong leadership and supervisory skills. + Minimum of 2 years of recent solar electrical experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + OSHA 10 certification is a plus. + A good attitude and willingness to help and learn on the job. **Why Work Here?** Our company offers an IRA-approved program that includes 4 years of training towards becoming a certified Journeyman or Apprentice.
