**Job Title: Electrician** **Job Description** We are seeking a commercial electrician at the apprentice or journeyman level with experience in both commercial and industrial settings. You will be involved in various projects including franchise work for well-known brands such as Chipotle, L.A. Fitness, and Planet Fitness, as well as some industrial work. **Responsibilities** + Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit using measuring instruments and hand tools. + Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment, ensuring parts and supplies are organized. + Perform semi-skilled and unskilled labor duties related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment. + Disassemble defective electrical equipment, replace worn parts, and reassemble using hand tools. + Prepare conduit ends, connect couplings, and fabricate and secure conduit support brackets using hand tools. + Examine electrical units for loose connections and broken insulation, tightening connections with hand tools. + Drill holes and pull or push wiring through openings using hand and power tools. + Clean work areas and wash parts as needed. + Dig trenches or holes for the installation of conduit or supports. + Strip insulation from wire ends and attach wires to terminals for subsequent soldering. + Trace out short circuits in wiring using a test meter. **Essential Skills** + Experience with conduit, wiring, troubleshooting, construction, and blueprint reading. + Ability to run conduit and perform electrical wiring and pulling wire. + Proficiency in rough-in wiring, installing lights, receptacles, and conduit. + Experience with underground work and reading schematics. + Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and general labor tasks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to work in various locations such as South Jersey, King of Prussia, Willow Grove, Delco, Ridley Park, and Chester County. + Flexibility to work on new and ongoing projects in areas like Newtown, PA; Lansdale, PA; Jackson, NJ; and Deptford, NJ. **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and 401(k) plans.
