**Job Title: Commercial Electrician**
**Description**
We are seeking a qualified Commercial Electrician to join our team for construction projects based in Savannah, Georgia. This position is responsible for installing electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, ensuring that work is done in accordance with relevant codes.
**Responsibilities**
+ Install electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with relevant codes.
+ Perform rough-ins and final installations of conduit and MC Cable.
+ Install electrical panels, lighting fixtures, switches, outlets, and wiring in equipment.
+ Conduct start-up and energizing procedures of equipment.
+ Install fire systems.
+ Focus work in common areas such as main floors, basement work areas for employees, hallways, stairwells, restaurants, and rooftop bars.
+ Provide necessary tools for the job, including but not limited to knife, pliers/linemen, screwdrivers, nut drivers, keyhole saw, hacksaw, hammer, small level (12”), channel locks, needle nose pliers, voltage meter/tester, tool pouch/belt, diagonal pliers, wrenches (standard/metric), taps (6/32, 8/32, 10/24), wire strippers, socket set, tape measure (at least 25 ft.), side cutters, flashlight, cordless drill/impact drill, wrench set, and crescent wrench.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with commercial electrical work (specifically in hotels is preferred).
+ Ability to perform rough-ins and final installations of conduit and MC Cable.
+ Proficiency in installing electrical panels, lighting fixtures, switches, outlets, and wiring in equipment.
+ Knowledge of start-up and energizing procedures of equipment.
+ Experience with fire systems installation.
+ 5+ years of experience or journeyman status.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Journeyman or equivalent status is required.
+ All training, education, and certifications will be considered during the hiring process.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
