**Job Title: Electrical Foreman**
**Job Description**
Field employees will be working on a large-scale project for a long-time client of the company. They will be responsible for performing various aspects of electrical and low voltage tasks on-site, building out enclosures of various sizes. This includes cutting and installing support systems, conduit, and various electrical components, pulling wires for different voltage systems, and terminating all systems. The work will be conducted in small to mid-sized groups under the supervision of a site superintendent.
**Responsibilities**
+ Cut and install conduit and component support systems.
+ Install conduit and other raceway systems.
+ Install various electrical components such as lights, heaters, fire protection and sensing equipment, battery systems and chargers, panelboards, transformers, switches, and receptacles.
+ Pull wires for line voltage, medium voltage, low voltage systems, and network cables.
+ Terminate all electrical systems.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in electrical and low voltage field.
+ Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Experience with wiring, conduit, and panel building.
+ Skills in wire pulling and panel wiring.

**Work Environment**
The work schedule is Monday to Thursday from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Friday from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM. It is common to work around 45 hours a week, with occasional longer hours. The company operates multiple offices, with headquarters located in Madison handling projects within a 1-hour radius, another office in Wisconsin Dells, and a new office in Fox Cities opening in early 2024.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $45.00/hr.
