The ideal candidate will primarily work on commercial projects but will also handle some residential tasks. As they aim to expand their residential services, this role offers the opportunity to grow with the company and take on more residential projects in the future. **Responsibilities/ Requirements** + Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential settings. + Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. + Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes and standards. + Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, providing effective solutions. + Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other trades to complete projects on time and within budget. + Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems. + Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used. + Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships. + Valid electrician's license and transportation. + Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial and residential electrical work. + Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety protocols. + Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Benefits:** medical, dental, vision, and 401k match. Must be comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor settings regardless of the weather conditions and traveling all around the city, working on different job sites.
