Job Title: Intermediate Electrician

1st shift, 7am - 3:30pm

Pay: $25-30/hr

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Intermediate Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with industrial electrical systems and will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, ensuring all work adheres to safety standards and project specifications.

Responsibilities

Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in industrial environments.Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.Supervise and mentor junior electricians and apprentices.Ensure all electrical work complies with safety protocols and industry regulations.Conduct inspections and tests to verify the proper function of electrical systems.Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.Maintain accurate documentation of all electrical work performed.

Essential Skills

Experience in industrial electrical systems.Electrical conduit installation and wiring.Troubleshooting electrical issues.Pulling wire and cable.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Industrial experience preferred.A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred.Consistent work history in electrical roles or relevant schooling.

Work Environment

This position is based in an industrial environment. The facility is not temperature-controlled, so it may be cold in the winter and warm in the summer. We are actively working on transitioning to a temperature-controlled setting.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position based in Buffalo, New York.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
