**Description** **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring skilled **Low Voltage Electricians** for projects located in and around **Rochester, NY.** This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate of **$23-26/hour** based on experience & skill level. If you are a Electrician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! **Job Scope:** + Monitor & install low voltage cables and systems for electronic equipment and communication devices + Analyze blueprints and schematics to connect the cables safely & accurately + Install & configure optical network terminals, modems, & routers + Work on alarm panels & CCTV + Install IP cameras, VOIP phones, T1 extensions, telephone, & fiber backbones + Install CCTV cameras, monitors, power supplies, & receivers in commercial & residential structures + Install, configure, test, & maintain all life safety systems + Effectively troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment or conditions + Maintenance and upgrading of all life safety systems, hardware, & software + Respond to dispatched service calls in a timely manner + Report issues requiring vendor escalation or parts/materials + Other tasks as assigned **Requirements:** + Possess a working knowledge of OSHA Safety Standards + You must have a valid DL & reliable transportation **Company Details** Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
