**Job Title: Solar Panel Installers - Large Solar Farm Project in PA** **Job Description** We are seeking experienced solar installers with a minimum of 2 years of experience, to join our team for the Spring Run Project. This is a 8 week project, with the potential to extend longer. Solar installers will work on a ground-mounted commercial solar farm, installing panels. Tasks include staging materials, throwing glass, setting panels or work site clean-up, operating a off road forklift. **Hard Skills** + 2-4+ years experience in solar panel installations + Ability to operate off road forklift + Ability to use hand and power tools **Soft Skills** + Strong work ethic + Attention to detail + Willingness to work overtime + Interpersonal skills and teamwork + Critical thinking + Ability to work in a production environment + Anticipates and solves problems **Job Type** This is a contract position with a duration of 8 Week(s). Could be extended longer! **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Spring Run, Pennsylvania. **Work Environment** The project is located in an old farm field with conditions that can be wet and muddy. Candidates will work in inclement weather.
