THE JOB:

The Electrician will collaborate with management to ensure electrical equipment and systems are maintained and operational throughout the property.

THE STARTING RATE: $30.78

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Maintain, repair, and install all electrical equipment and systems throughout the propertyPerform general maintenance and repairs for efficient operation of all electrical equipmentRecognize when equipment is in need of repair, adjustment, or replacement and complete jobs assigned by Dispatch or ManagementStay informed with up to date techniques and technical methodsEstablish and maintain effective working relationship with all departmentsAbility Work under minimal supervision, completing assigned tasks in a timely manner

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Knowledge of repair and preventative maintenance of equipmentGeneral knowledge of mathematical skillsCapable of operating skyjack, forklift, and scissor liftAble to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal formsAbility to multi-task and work well in a fast paced, team-oriented environmentEffective listening abilities with strong judgment skillsExcellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contactsMaintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards
