TheDodson, LA dimensional lumber manufacturing facility is looking for skilled industrial electricians with a thorough and comprehensive knowledge of electrical equipment, processes, and techniques to repair, modify, install and maintain the facility and high-tech lumber manufacturing equipment. Knowledge and experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and welding is a plus. Applicants must be able to workany shift, weekends, overtime, holidays as needed.

Starting pay will range from $24.36 - $39.57 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.

High school diploma or equivalentMust have at least two (2) years industrial electrical/process control experience and/or an electrical degreeExperience in troubleshooting electrical systemsMust have basic computer skillsAble to work safely and follow all company safety policies and proceduresMust be at least age 18Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen, background check, physicalAble to work in extreme temperatures, in dusty and noisy conditions, while wearing safety equipmentMust have demonstrated leadership and team skillsAbility to write legibly and communicate as necessary to accomplish tasksAble to lift 2-20 pounds regularly, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, climb steps and ladders, work from height, work in small and restricted areas, and stand or walk for 2-3 hours at a time for 10 hoursPLC experience is a plus
