**Electrician Foreman in Lehigh Valley** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Electrician Foreman to join our team. The successful candidate will perform various phases of commercial work, including new construction and fit-outs, and will be responsible for overseeing a team of electricians on job sites primarily in the Lehigh Valley area. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team. The position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development within the company. **Responsibilities** + Perform rough-in and finished electrical work + Conduct trenching and site work + Bend conduit and install piping + Run and pull wires, including various types of cables + Install electrical systems such as panels, switch gears, switches, receptacles, and other fixtures + Read and interpret blueprints + Adhere to strict safety protocols, including the use of OSHA-10 certification (preferred) + Maintain and use basic hand and power tools, including lineman's, side cutters, channel locks, needle nose pliers, strippers, flashlight, volt tick or multi meter, roto-splits, tape measure, keyhole saw, and utility knife + Wear appropriate PPE, including a hard hat, high-visibility shirts/vests, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots + Participate in daily tool box meetings to determine assignments + Complete tasks independently or as part of a team throughout the workday **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of commercial or industrial field experience + Proficiency in conduit bending, including EMT and PVC + Experience with running and pulling wires + Ability to install and troubleshoot electrical systems + Competence in reading and interpreting blueprints + Strong adherence to safety protocols **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + OSHA-10 certification (preferred) + Ability to work with low voltage systems + Experience with cable installation + Ownership of basic hand and power tools + Possession of necessary PPE **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $28.00/hr.
