Founded in 1906, McLeod Health is a locally owned and managed, not for profit organization supported by the strength of more than 900 members on its medical staff and more than 2,900 licensed nurses. McLeod Health is also composed of approximately 15,000 team members and more than 90 physician practices throughout its 18-county service area. With seven hospitals, McLeod Health operates three Health and Fitness Centers, a Sports Medicine and Outpatient Rehabilitation Center, Hospice and Home Health Services. The system currently has 988 licensed beds, including Hospice and Behavioral Health. The hospitals within McLeod Health include: McLeod Regional Medical Center, McLeod Health Dillon, McLeod Health Loris, McLeod Health Seacoast, McLeod Health Cheraw, McLeod Health Clarendon and McLeod Behavioral Health.  

Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians,

Install, repair, inspect and maintain safe and efficient operation of various types of electrical/electronic

systems to include, but not limited to: Generators, power distribution systems, circuit breakers panels,

receptacles, lighting systems, fire alarm systems, magnetic door locks and parking lot gates. 

Establishes and follows through with preventive maintenance procedures using manufacturer and hospital

established guidelines, procedures and schematic diagrams. 

Has a good working knowledge of the NEC, capable of writing troubleshooting guides and training of other

personnel. 

Perform Preventive Maintenance Measures. 

Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies. 

Log daily reading of equipment and systems as assigned. 

Review Work Orders daily and complete associated tasks/repairs by Type/Priority. 

Perform other maintenance duties as requested.

Qualifications/Education/Training:  Associate Degree/Apprenticeship Program* and minimum of 15 years of  years of experience maintaining commercial/industrial electrical systems.  In lieu of an Associate Degree/Apprenticeship Program, 20 years of maintaining commercial/industrial electrical systems. Must be able to demonstrate general knowledge of computer data entry.

Licenses and/or Certifications**: Must have valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. 

Need one of the following Certifications:
