What you have:
Ability to interpret complex electrical documentation
Ability to read (or willingness to learn to read) PLC logic to troubleshoot control system failures
Aptitude for mechanical and industrial machinery controls and operation
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
High school diploma (or equivalency)
Some college or participation in an apprenticeship program (preferred)
4+ years of experience in electrical/ electronics
Electrical license (preferred)
What you’ll do:
Diagnose and repair electrical control problems in automated equipment, including circuit boards, motor controls, pressure sensors, fuses, relays, contractors, electromechanical, electronic and electrical components
Perform inspections and calibration of electrical components and equipment
Wire new equipment
Perform preventative maintenance procedures
Maintain records, reports and other documentation
