What You'll Do Delegate and supervise multiple employees and contractors to accomplish maintenance needs as well as hands-on involvement when the need arises Ensures, at the start of the shift and throughout the day, the prompt assignment of technicians to specific jobs which are appropriate to their possessed skills and/or to their training needs Involved in down/post day and outage meetings Responsible for maintaining all test reports, standard operating procedures in maintenance, and equipment reliability databases such as SAP and other maintenance related software systems Modify, repair and install all types of machinery and mechanical equipment while observing all applicable CMC Safety Policies and Procedures Orders parts for planned jobs and equipment Conduct routine safety and preventative maintenance activities including inspections, audits, employee contacts and visibility tours Mentor and train other maintenance team members Attend all safety meetings and actively participate in the safety programs What You'll Need Team building and supervisory skills leading project teams and comfortable with supervising technical and non-technical personnel Experience with Preventative/Planned Maintenance processes and procedures and ability to develop procedures and schedules preferred Advanced knowledge of: AC/DC motor and control theory; Troubleshooting ABB, Allen Bradley and Siemens PLC Programming/network configuration; Expert ABB Allen Bradley and Siemens drive knowledge; Electrical controls, NFPA 70E, medium voltage power systems Experience with MRO system, SAP system preferred Extensive experience in maintenance of relay and ladder logic, industrial communications networks, instrumentation and automation control systems Your Education High School Diploma or GED requiredWe are Commercial Metals Company, a Fortune 500 company with a family feel that’s already part of your life.
