Pay Rate:

$48.25/hr. ( 2nd shift $0.26 differential, 3rd shift $0.33 differential)

Category/Shift:

Hourly Full-Time   2nd Shift Monday - Friday

                              3rd Shift Sunday-Thursday

Candidates must be willing to work alternative shifts, weekends and overtime as required.

  *  2nd shift - 3:00pm to 11:00pm / 3:00pm to 3:00am / 11:00am to 11:00pm

  *  3rd shift - 11:00pm to 7:00am / 11:00pm to 11:00am / 7:00pm to 7:00am

The Job You Will Perform:

Inspects, tests, repairs and maintains the electrical and instrumentation systems in a safe manner with and integrated box plant. Performs assignments requiring mechanical and electrical skills. Must be familiar with hydraulics and pneumatics.

Must have expert mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience and proven ability of machine repair. Knowledge of AC and DC motors installation and repair. PLC troubleshooting and ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings. 

Experience trouble shooting mechanical & Electrical systems Able to install and set up both A/C and D/C drives Working knowledge of A/C and D/C motors PLC troubleshooting required (extensive knowledge such as with Siemens and Allen Bradley) Working Knowledge of Encoders and various types of sensors. Ability to read both electrical and mechanical drawings Working knowledge of pneumatics Working knowledge of hydraulics Performs other duties as assigned. Completes preventative maintenance of scheduled machinery. Provide resolution to mechanical and electrical problems of machinery.

Knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings, power transmissions and lubrication Mechanical and Electrical skills Troubleshooting Knowledge of a Manufacturing Plant Your positive attitude and great attendance record Experience: Minimum 5 years in trouble shooting industrial electrical control systems down to component level Must possess one of the following: 2 year degree in Electronics Engineering or Military equivalent training program

*Must receive RECOMMENDED status on required Pre-Assessment
