... There are two direct-hire openings for Electricians. Candidates must be available for day and night shift as needed. The schedule is usually 10 hours per shift but this may fluctuate. The pay rate is $25 per hour.

Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in the manufacturing plant.
Troubleshoot electrical issues to ensure minimal downtime in production.
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to understand wiring layouts.
Ensure all electrical work complies with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
Collaborate with other maintenance team members and plant personnel to enhance overall operational efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of all electrical work performed and materials used.
Assist in the installation and maintenance of automation systems and machinery.

Working hours: 4:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Skills:
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and equipment.
Familiarity with PLCs, motor controls, and industrial automation systems.
Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Commitment to safety and adherence to OSHA guidelines.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or certification preferred.
Valid electrician's license.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as an electrician, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
