Order Management Lead
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to work with the Sales teams to develop, implement, and manage the local key accounts strategy focusing on service level and overall customer satisfaction. Each day, you will ensure full compliance with the agreed service levels, through maintaining direct contact with the key accounts. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring full alignment within customer operations and continuous improvement functions. The work model for the role is: #L-HybridThis role is contributing to the ELECTRIFICATION team and stakeholders.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tIdentifying and selecting the local key accounts with specific requirements related to customer operations, in coordination with the Sales team.•\tDefining and proposing service level targets for the selected key accounts and ensuring their achievement through a structured follow-up process.•\tMeasuring and analyzing the selected Key Performance Indicators, periodically and reports issues (if any) and expediting solutions to the resolution owners, in coordination with the Continuous Improvement team.•\tMonitoring the competitors’ activities with the key accounts with respect to customer operations and ensuring that appropriate response strategies are formulated and implemented.
Qualifications for the roleBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or similar.+2 years of experience working in similar position.Knowledge of Manufacturing, Quality & Electrical testing Process.Green Belt or experience leading-executing six sigma projects.Type of Experience: Manufacturing / Cost Accounting / Finance.Manage of Quality Core Tools and Customer Support Role.Knowledge in ERP (SAP) FICO Model, OFFICE, Advanced Excel and SAP.Strong Leadership, Attention to detail, self-critic and excellent customer service attitude.Advanced level of English
