**Job Title: Electro-Mechanic** **Job Description** Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic production equipment, including 3 Phase motors, conveyors, and presses. Perform limited PLC troubleshooting and general maintenance tasks. **Responsibilities** + Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electro-mechanical equipment. + Perform hydraulic and pneumatic repairs. + Troubleshoot conveyors and other production equipment. + Conduct limited PLC troubleshooting and maintenance. + Ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely. **Essential Skills** + Associate's degree in maintenance or equivalent military experience. + 1-3 years of industrial maintenance experience. + Proficiency in both electrical and mechanical maintenance. + Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Military mechanics are highly preferred. + Experience with ladder logic and 480 3 Phase systems. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a flexible 2x2x3 schedule allowing for daytime appointments and only working half the month. The environment can be dusty due to tile dust but is maintained fairly clean. Some tasks may require working at heights on tall equipment, including scaffolding. The facility can become very hot in the summer, especially around kilns and ovens. Steel-toe footwear is required, but shorts and cut-off t-shirts are permitted. This position is located on the Press Line, which is more mechanical and dusty compared to other lines. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lawrenceburg, Kentucky. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
