You’ll work in a **fast-paced, hands-on environment** , assembling and inspecting components that play a critical role in aviation and aerospace technology. **What You’ll Do:** + Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and engineering drawings. + Perform **mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly** , testing, and inspections. + Operate **hand tools, electrical tools, and measuring equipment** with precision. + Identify and document product defects, performing necessary rework or repairs. + Maintain an organized workstation and follow **strict safety and quality standards** . + Lift up to 40 lbs and work in a **standing position for up to 8 hours per shift** . **What You Need to Succeed:** **Required:** + High School Diploma or GED + Ability to follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols + Strong attention to detail and quality control + Ability to work **2nd shift (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday to Friday)** **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
