**Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Assembler** **Job Description** Configure RF power amplifiers, mechanical box assembly of RF boards and RF connectors. This role involves working with coaxial transformers, ferrites, and all RF-related passive components. Additionally, you will handle cable assembly on shielded cables, ribbon cables, and wire harnesses. You will be assembling printed circuit boards, modules, chassis, and cable harnesses, as well as preparing and terminating ribbon cables. The job requires stripping, tinning, and terminating wire harnesses, and utilizing various tools such as soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers, and power tools. **Responsibilities** + Configure RF power amplifier complex box build (2U, 3U, 5U) assemblies. + Assemble electrical harnesses and RF coaxial cables, electrical wiring, and soldering. + Interpret wire lists, block diagrams, and rough sketches. + Perform cable assembly operations on shielded cables, ribbon cables, and wire harnesses. + Assemble printed circuit boards, modules, chassis, and cable harnesses. + Prepare and terminate ribbon cables. + Strip, tin, and terminate wire harnesses. + Utilize tools such as soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers, and power tools. + Read and understand assembly drawings, parts lists (BOM), wiring diagrams, and wiring lists. + Conduct quality inspections. + Utilize Vantage MRP System and Configuration Control practices. **Essential Skills** + Experience with RF board, mechanical box assembly, and RF connectors. + Experience with coaxial transformers, ferrites, and all RF-related passive components. + Soldering skills. + Training in IPC-A-610/620 CIS certification or equivalent. + Ability to read and understand assembly drawings, parts lists (BOM), wiring diagrams, and wiring lists. + Understanding of part numbers, polarity designations, color codes, etc. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with cable assembly operations on shielded cables, ribbon cables, and wire harnesses. + Experience with Vantage MRP System and Configuration Control practices. + Ability to read E-drawings is a plus. **Why Work Here?** This is a permanent opportunity offering direct hire and benefits, including 401k.
