Electro-Mechanical Assembler
**Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Assembler** **Job Description** As an Electro-Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for reading and interpreting work orders, following sample assemblies, pulling parts for shop floor orders, and assembling parts or units according to work instructions. You may also receive verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed. You will position and align parts in specified relationships to each other in fixtures or other holding devices. Additionally, you will crimp, stake, screw, bolt, rivet, solder, or perform similar operations to join or secure parts in place. You will mount assembled components, such as transformers, resistors, transistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, and sockets, on chassis panels. You will connect component lead wires to printed circuits or route and connect wires between individual component leads and other components, connectors, terminals, and contact points. Furthermore, you will install finished assemblies or subassemblies in cases and cabinets, assemble and attach hardware, such as caps, clamps, knobs, and switches, to assemblies, and perform intermediate assembly tasks as required. The shift is from 7am to 3:30pm. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
