This is a hands-on, impactful position where your attention to detail and dedication to quality will make a tangible difference in the aerospace industry. **Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** + Perform routine production assembly operations on structural and mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, and aircraft systems. + Manufacture and install wire harnesses into electro-mechanical assemblies, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications. + Read and interpret manufacturing drawings and wire schematics to assemble products accurately. + Use hand tools, torque wrenches, drivers, wire strippers, and other equipment to complete tasks. + Adapt to changes in the manufacturing environment while maintaining a focus on safety and quality. + Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless production flow and high-quality outcomes. + Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety protocols and quality standards. **Required Qualifications:** + Previous experience in assembly operations, **preferably in aerospace or similar industries.** + Experience in manufacturing and installing wire harnesses into electro-mechanical assemblies. + Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings and wire schematics. + Experience using hand tools such as torque wrenches, wire strippers, and drivers. + Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals. + Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced, changing work environment. + Applicable educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution or equivalent experience. + **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
