**Primary Responsibilities** + Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions (such as Operation Method Sheets and Sequence of Events), assembly drawings, and parts lists, gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials. + Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates, fixtures, or reading measurements. + Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and subassemblies. + The ability to troubleshoot damage or defects in the Bot or subassembly to determine what is needed for the repair. + Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. + Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results. + Documents actions by completing repair log, traveler, and quality forms. + Test electromechanical subassemblies for functionality and/or quality. + Work well in small groups. + Perform troubleshooting of the robotic vehicle fleet, identifying anomalies and stoppages using schematic and wiring diagrams. + Assist engineers in activities for Bot improvements. **Education and Experience** + High School Diploma or Equivalent. + 2-4 years of previous experience in the Machine Shop or Manufacturing Assembly Environment. + Proficient with different schematics and wiring diagrams. + Computer knowledge using Microsoft Windows & Microsoft Word & Excel. + Initiative-taking and highly organized. + Able to lift 60 pounds and can stand for extended periods of time. + Possess an understanding of diverse types of mechanical and/or electrical test equipment. + Possess the ability to train contractors in all aspects of the required role. + Ability to manage multiple tasks. + Demonstrates initiative and is self-motivated. + Hands-on skill set required; ready to learn, absorb, and utilize information in a demanding environment. **Shift:** **3:00pm - 11:30pm** **Pay: $26-28** **Location: Wilmington, Ma** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
