Role Overview:

As an Electro Mechanical Technician, you will play a key role in assembling, testing, and troubleshooting various aircraft components and systems. You will perform engineering development tests, analyze results, and ensure all products meet strict specifications. If you’re someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, is detail-oriented, and enjoys problem-solving, this role offers the perfect blend of technical work and innovation.

Your Responsibilities: Assembly & Testing: Assemble, disassemble, rework, and test aircraft components and systems. Perform functional testing based on pre-established procedures and verify that parameters are maintained. Data Recording: Monitor tests, record data, and document both acceptance and failure results. Tool Usage: Use a range of tools and equipment, including hand tools, electronic and mechanical test devices, and measuring instruments. Quality Compliance: Adhere to quality systems, follow production schedules, and meet internal/external deadlines. Collaboration & Communication: Work with various teams to solve problems, track progress, and ensure work is aligned with customer requirements. Safety & Improvement: Follow safety protocols, participate in continuous improvement efforts, and support waste minimization activities. Training & Development: Train others on technical tasks and acquire any required skills or certifications. What We’re Looking For:

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED (or 2+ years of relevant experience if no diploma). Ability to work under immediate supervision, with a willingness to learn and follow detailed instructions. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical specifications. Comfortable using tools and electronic/manual test equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in electro-mechanical assembly, testing, or troubleshooting in an aerospace or manufacturing environment. Familiarity with computer tools like SAP and work instructions. A proactive attitude and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Why Join Us?

Pay Details: $28.00 per hour
