5th Shift: MON & FRI – 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM and SAT & SUN 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
\nPay rate: $30.03/hour + $1.10/hour shift differential.
\nAssemble, calibrate, adjust, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of components, devices and systems according to pre-determined specifications using the appropriate test equipment.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n\n\tAssemble mechanical and/or electronic devices and assemblies referring to engineering specs, prints, layouts and/or verbal instructions.\n\tCheck and adjust for balance, alignment, tension, spacing, physical dimensions, outputs and adjustable parameters and record non-adjustable parameters.\n\tUse a variety of manual and automated mechanical, electrical and optical checking equipment.\n\tCalculate raw data and adjust/calibrate assemblies to achieve the final specification as required.\n\tCheck faulty assemblies using mechanical checking equipment.\n\tAnalyze and diagnose findings to determine defects and method of repair.\n\tDisassembles, replaces parts, readjust and reassemble devices to complete repairs.\n\tPerform electronic troubleshooting at the level consistent with the schooling required as indicated at the end of this job description.\n\tMay assist or instruct other Electro-Mechanical Builders or employees at lower labor grades.\n\nU.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

The annual base salary for this position is $30.03/hour. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. \nYOU MUST HAVE
\n\n\tTwo or more classes of progressive electronics training from an accredited college or university. (Intro to Electronics I and II, etc)\n\nWE VALUE
