We are looking for an Electrical Mechanical for their Pomona, CA manufacturing facility.
Our facility is growing and looking to add a talented electrical engineer to expand our capabilities. This critical role will review specifications, create wiring schematics, bills of materials and equipment layouts for the manufacturing of power distribution equipment.
Responsibilities: Review customer technical specifications and verify the Siemens solution meets the customer requirements. Work independently and/or with a team to build required customer documentation, typically including electrical schematics, bills of materials, and equipment layouts. Apply AutoCAD and an electrical schematic software tool to create drawings and electrical schematics. Provide factory support during the manufacture of your projects. Position requires the ability to optimally collaborate with application engineering, R&D, sales, customer, and manufacturing production personnel. Assist in training other specialists and employees as the need arises. You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:Basic Qualifications:
BS degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, or similar Experience in a Manufacturing Enviroment Familiar with Electrical schematics and electrical components Experience with CAD software Effective written and verbal communication skills Strong work ethic with a focus on exceeding customer expectations Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years of experience with Switchgear/Switchboard products and PLC’s Experience with AutoCAD preferred Experience with Visual Basic programming or other programming languages Experience with an ERP system, preferably SAP.
