**Position:** 1st Shift Maintenance Technician **Description:** + We are looking for a skilled Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician with expertise in AC and DC drive configuration and knowledge of instrumentation devices such as thermocouples, motor tachometers, temperature controllers, and pressure transducers. This role includes installing electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation devices per diagrams and schematics, and ensuring equipment operates correctly using multi-meters, oscilloscopes, and machine-specific instrumentation. **Responsibilities:** + Install electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation devices per diagrams and schematics + Program, inspect, troubleshoot, and adjust electrical and mechanical equipment and instrumentation devices + Ensure proper operation of equipment using multi-meters, oscilloscopes, and machine-specific instrumentation + Troubleshoot and replace 480v systems and components + Complete tasks in compliance with the National Electrical Codes (NEC) as they pertain to the facility **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + Experience in the extrusion industry + Understanding of PLC systems, particularly Allen Bradley + Familiarity with DC motors, drives, and heater circuits + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds **Why Work Here?** + Work first shift from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm with minimal overtime.
