**Job Title: Electro Mechanical Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** Operate, test, maintain, or adjust unmanned, automated, servomechanical, or electromechanical equipment. The technician will assist with installation, calibration, and continued preventive maintenance and repairs of production manufacturing equipment. You will work with original equipment manufacturers to ensure proper placement and optimal operation of machines during all production hours. This senior technician will be responsible for training and sharing knowledge with peers and coworkers. **Responsibilities** + Operate, test, maintain, and adjust unmanned, automated, servomechanical, or electromechanical equipment. + Assist with installation, calibration, and preventive maintenance of production manufacturing equipment. + Collaborate with original equipment manufacturers to ensure correct placement and optimal operation of machines. + Train and share knowledge with peers and coworkers. **Essential Skills** + Ability to troubleshoot both electrical and mechanical malfunctions. + Skilled in setting up manufacturing and production equipment. + Ability to install 480v breakers for new equipment. + Experience using PLCs for troubleshooting and minor programming. + Strong skills in commissioning, calibrating, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing and production equipment. + Experience with preventive maintenance and welding. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with PLCs and Ladder Logic. + Experienced welder. + Millwright experience. + Experience in commissioning equipment and capital expenditure projects. + Maintenance leadership experience. + Experience in a production environment. + Experience in getting a manufacturing facility up and running from the ground level is a huge bonus. **Why Work Here?** We offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, a 401k plan, and PTO from day one.
